Technological corporations are invariably run by young liberals who developed their ideals in the hallowed halls of Academia…but their corporations live in the REAL WORLD.
In the real world the Founders may give away their personal fortunes, but their corporate fortunes they may NOT give away or their INVESTORS would flee and their corporations would fold in a week!
Take Apple — founded and run by liberals, but producing their products in China.
Actually, they are building a new, US plant. In Right to Work Arizona!
