A CNN reporter said this morning from Georgia that he stood and watched Russian troops destroy a railroad bridge today after the “cease fire” went into effect.

China has surpassed the US in greenhouse gasses, according to the UK Guardian:

It says China produced 6,200m tonnes of CO2 last year, compared with 5,800m tonnes from the US. Britain produced about 600m tonnes.(UNQUOTE)
